Wireless I.Q., LLC meets a growing need in the wireless phone industry. Many professionals are out in the field growing their business and have turned to working in a virtual office. Using wireless devices help workers become more productive in their work environment. Most wireless phones now have email and internet functions that enable their user to not be tethered to a desk all day anticipating an important email. Organizing functions such as calendars, task lists, and memo pads ensure a user stays on track. Some of these phones even allow the user to view and edit documents that, in the past, were only viewed on a computer.
Ben Marcel and Andy Gremillion, the owners of the company, have a combined six years experience in the wireless phone sales and support industry.
During this time, they have familiarized themselves with data devices and data solutions. Unfortunately for the wireless customer, not all sales consultants within the wireless industry take the time to become familiar with devices such as BlackBerry, Palm Treo, and Windows Mobile. Because of this experience, there is a great understanding of the needs of the users of wireless devices and how to train them in using the phone’s capabilities. Expanding on this experience and offering hours of training in a classroom setting will fill the growing need of mobile professionals.
